raspberries with chocolate yogurt mousse

At the end of a day of a great workout, healthy eating choices you don’t want to throw it all away with dessert. But sometimes, if you’re like me you really need something sweet. This recipe is so simple, uses ingredients that most have, and is really yummy! A serving is 170 calories but it’s pretty filling so you could even get away with eating half for dessert and the other half later on. I bet it would be really good for breakfast!  Try it! You’ll like it! 🙂


  • 1/2 cup plain Greek-style low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup raspberries


  • 1. Combine yogurt, cocoa, and honey in a small bowl. Top with raspberries.
