sweet and spicy citrus tilapia

Here’s a yummy, simple, fast fish dish for a weeknight dinner. You can throw this marinade together in less than 5 minutes. And I know everyone’s got at least 5 minutes to prepare a delicious, healthy meal!

Ingredients:

4 tilapia fillets

1/2 cup orange juice

juice of 1 lime

1 tbls. brown sugar

2 tsp. soy sauce

1 tbls. extra virgin olive oil

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. ground cumin

1/4 tsp. black pepper

1/2 tsp. ground red pepper

2 garlic cloves, crushed

1/2 tsp. sriracha hot chili sauce (optional)

Preparation:

Arrange fish in a shallow roasting pan coated with cooking spray. Combine orange juice and remaining ingredients; pour over fish. Let stand 15 minutes.

Preheat broiler. Broil 15 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Drizzle sauce over fish.
