Yay! More pumpkin!! Even though it’s still a warm 70 degrees outside, fall cooking continues in this house! Try this delicious pumpkin cream cheese. It’s great on a bagel or toast, yummy used as a fruit dip, and I think it would be awesome swirled into a cheesecake! It’d be a great fall gift for someone as well, who wouldn’t love a jar of this yummy goodness??

8 oz. 1/3 less fat or fat free cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. pumpkin puree
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tbls. brown sugar
1 tbls. maple syrup
Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl and beat until smooth.
